The Merger of
To streamline the structures, optimize the business processes and strengthen the Subscriber Data Management sector we have decided to merge the
MARODATA GmbH, Karlsbergstraße 16, 81475 Munich, Germany registered under number HRB 214919 in the commercial register of the district court Munich
into the
SilverEngine GmbH, Agnes-Pockels-Bogen 1, 80992 Munich, Germany registered under number HRB 198202 in the commercial register of the district court Munich.
The merger has been registered in the commercial register on the June 6th,2017. At this date the merger came into effect and the MARODATA GmbH has been dissolved.
This means that solely the SilverEngine GmbH conducts the business since June 6th, 2017. All business units of the MARODATA GmbH remain unchanged within the SilverEngine GmbH. Also the management board did not change: managing directors of the SilverEngine GmbH are (as already formerly of the SilverEngine GmbH and the MARODATA GmbH) Mr Maximilian Bornschlegl und Mr Dr. Bottheim. Both managing directors are entitled to represent the GmbH solely and are exempted from the limitations of sec. 181 BGB (German Civil Code).
The contracts with the MARODATA GmbH remain in force and have been transferred to SilverEngine GmbH with the registration of the merger in the commercial register.
For the contract partners of the MARODATA GmbH therefore no substantive amendments arise, in particular your well known contact persons stay the same. Only the email addresses of the following persons changed:

- Dr. Rolv Bottheim, phone: +49 (0)151 / 1884 1261 (unchanged), email: rolv.bottheim@silverengine.de (instead of rolv.bottheim@marodata.com)
- Max Bornschlegl, phone: +49 (0)151 / 1884 1260 (unchanged), email: max.bornschlegl@silverengine.de (instead of max.bornschlegl@marodata.com).
As a consequence the contract partners of the Marodata will receive all future invoices, order confirmations etc. by the SilverEngine GmbH.
What should be changed is the contact information of MARODATA GmbH as follows:
